User Agreement
1. General Provisions
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) refers to this website and first-level domain .com websites (hereinafter referred to as the Website), and establishes rules for using the Website and its functionality by Users.
The Website, its content and materials including information about scheduled events constitute the property of TMT Consulting Group
This Agreement regulates relations between the Organiser and any User of the Website.
2. Status of Agreement
Registration confirms that the User has read, understood and fully accepted this Agreement.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time without notifying the User. Amendments come into force upon publication on the Website.
3. Subject of Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is access to information and materials posted on the Website and their use by the User.
Access to the Website is free of charge unless otherwise specified.
4. Website Materials
Website materials include protected intellectual property such as texts, graphics, photographs, logos, databases, design elements and other materials posted on the Website.
5. Data Processing
The User agrees to the processing of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Turkmenistan and the Confidentiality Policy.
6. Rights and Obligations of Parties
The Organiser has the right to:

- Refuse registration without justification;
- Send informational and personalised messages;
- Disclose User information if required by law;
The User has the right to:
- Access Website services after registration;
- Use all available services;
The User agrees to:
- Provide accurate and lawful information during registration;
- Respect intellectual property rights;
- Not disrupt the normal operation of the Website;
- Update personal data when necessary;
The User is prohibited from:
- Copying or distributing Website materials without written permission;
- Attempting unauthorised access to Website systems;
- Embedding parts of the Website into other websites;
7. Use of Website
The User is personally responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account information and password.
8. Disclaimer
The Website materials may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. The Organiser does not guarantee absolute accuracy and shall not be liable for consequences of their use.
9. Breach of Agreement Conditions
The Organiser may terminate or block User access in case of violation of this Agreement.
10. Supplementary Conditions
This Agreement remains in force indefinitely from the moment of User accession.
The User confirms having read and fully accepted this Agreement.
